Carlisle Youth Zone recently held their annual Day at the Races at Carlisle Racecourse🐎 This brilliant day out raised funds that will assist CYZ in continuing to provide a safe and fun space for children.

We are so proud to have won the ‘One to Watch’ award at the Responsible Business Awards in NI held at the ICC Belfast on Thursday 7th September 2023. This award recognises the significant progress in our development and implementation of our Corporate Responsibility Strategy.

As always, a massive thank you goes to the whole Viberoptix team, along with our community partners, schools, colleges, suppliers and many others who have helped us on this ongoing journey. A big thank you to Business in the Community Northern Ireland for the recognition.

We were also honoured to have been a finalist for the ‘Employer of Choice’ award among such a strong group of outstanding NI businesses. Congratulations to Heron Bros on their win.

We are delighted to welcome our first cohort of apprentices to our purpose-built Training Academy at our Newton Rigg site!
Our apprentices will gain telecoms qualifications through classroom and field-based learning and experience, providing the foundations for an exciting, progressive career in the telecoms industry. We wish them the very best of luck in their apprenticeship and look forward to them being part of the Viberoptix team for many years to come.
We also give a big thank you to our fantastic trainers and all our teams who have been helping our apprentices along the way!
