Role Summary

The Traffic Management Operative is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management equipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and in working order while adhering to health and safety regulations.

 

The role:

· Installation and general maintenance of traffic management equipment

· Removal of traffic management equipment from location, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and in working order

· Adherence to health and safety regulations

 

The person:

· Previous experience in traffic management is desirable

· Full driver licence with trailer

· Excellent communication skills

· Demonstrable organisation and time management skills

· Telecoms or utilities experience is desirable

We are seeking an Environmental, Sustainability and Governance Officer to join our team in Cumbria.

The Job Role

You will report into the ESG Specialist and will assist in the design, implementation and delivery of the Environmental, Sustainability and Governance strategy for Viberoptix. Passionate about this field of work, you will use your knowledge and influencing skills to inspire a cultural transformation and the integration of environmentally sustainable behaviours and tools across operational and functional areas.

· Provide reporting on ESG matters to the ESG Specialist, highlighting any areas of concern

· Be an advocate for all ESG areas throughout the business, helping to implement and ensure governance of initiatives

· Engage with the local authorities, councils and communities to promote Viberoptix and the ESG work

· Partner with key stakeholders & functional experts across the Business to ensure the effective communication of our environmental, sustainability and governance agenda

· Assist on delivery of Carbon reduction strategies

· Coach, mentor and manage the project implementation teams to deliver business sustainability goals and objectives

· Build cross functional relationships within the value stream to build trust and gain the privilege of challenging the current state. Strong understanding of change management to build momentum and buy-in for operational changes across the business

· Assist with the development and continuous improvement of our ISO Integrated Management Systems, with a key focus on ISO 14001

· Adherence to all Health and Safety regulations

 

The Person:

· Demonstrable experience in a similar role

· Ability to influence and communicate well within all levels of the organization

· Demonstrable ability to lead in a complex environment, energizing teams and executing strategic projects

· Proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives

· Ability to successfully motivate and maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety and teamwork

· Full valid driver licence

Role Summary:

As a Wayleave Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating the installation of telecommunications infrastructure by securing wayleave permissions on private land and properties. You will work closely with the Wayleave Supervisor and Manager and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the efficient rollout of our network. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting audits, negotiating agreements, and liaising with stakeholders to navigate the complexities of land ownership and consent processes.

Role Summary:

To work closely with the Build team and support the planning and scheduling of work in line with the programme team. This role will require constant communication with a number of departments to ensure information is accurate and readily available to support the Build teams.
