The importance of health and safety is reinforced through our training programmes, audits and toolbox talks, all carried out regularly to keep health and safety at the forefront of everything we do.

At Viberoptix, we understand the effect operations can have on the environment and we actively seek to reduce the impact that our activities have across all aspects of the environment. We work closely with the client, our sub-contractors, suppliers and all our employees in continually reviewing, assessing and amending our practices to minimise any adverse effects.

Viberoptix are committed to delivering projects to the highest standard of quality with a ‘right first time’ approach. This expectation is enforced throughout employees, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the client requirements are met. We consistently review our ways of working, our projects and implements improvements where identified and required.

We recognise the importance of sustainability and at Viberoptix, we review all aspects of our work and have implemented processes to increase our sustainability. We work with external agencies and the community to reduce waste streams, encouraging recycling and implementing inititaives within the workforce to increase sustainability at every opportunity. Extensive work has been done in this area with training delivered to employees, client, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Our community is extremely important to Viberoptix. As we grow, our community reach grows and has developed into supporting schools, colleges and universities, sports teams, community groups and charities.
